Shipping Information & Options
At Duck King, we use plenty of engineered refrigerant and a reusable, insulated cooler to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
To preserve product quality, shipments are made at the beginning of the week for delivery that same week. Shipping and handling rates are based on the method of shipping selected and final weight of the order. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground based on the exceptional service we have experienced with their services. Next Day or Expedited shipping is also available.

When you order from Duck King, your satisfaction is always unconditionally guaranteed. We invite you to call our customer service department any time you have a question about your order or product. If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will happily refund or replace your order withing 10 business days.

Payment Options
We accept money orders, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover card. For payment by personal check, please note that your order will be shipped after the check has cleared. Customers will be responsible for any bank fees charged in the case a check is returned.

Bulk Orders
